Processing Fees and Refunds

TapJoin.LIVE charges a small processing fee for submitting listings. This fee is collected to cover the operational costs associated with reviewing, validating, moderating, and hosting submitted content on the platform.

All processing fees are non-refundable. Once a submission is made and the processing begins, the fee is considered fully utilized regardless of the outcome of the review. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where a listing is approved, rejected, edited, paused, or removed.

The processing fee is not a payment for guaranteed publication. It is a fee for the effort and resources required to process, review, and manage submissions.

Exceptions and Support

In rare situations involving technical issues, system errors, or unintended glitches during the submission or payment process, users may contact our support team for assistance. We will investigate such cases in good faith and attempt to resolve the issue.

Any refund issued in these cases is entirely at the discretion of TapJoin.LIVE and is not guaranteed. Decisions regarding refunds, partial refunds, or alternative resolutions are final.

Listing Review and Removal Rights

TapJoin.LIVE reserves the full and unconditional right to review, approve, reject, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any listing at any time, without prior notice.

Listings may be removed for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Expired, broken, or invalid links
  • Misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information
  • Spam, promotional abuse, or low-quality content
  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or scam-related content
  • Violation of applicable laws or platform guidelines
  • Content deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or harmful
  • Any other reason based on TapJoin.LIVE's internal review standards or business judgment

Removal of a listing does not entitle the submitter to a refund under any circumstances.

Platform Discretion

TapJoin.LIVE operates as a curated directory. All content decisions are made at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to publish, retain, or justify the presence of any listing on the platform.

By submitting a listing and completing payment, users acknowledge and agree to these terms.
